These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the apps, websites, software, and
services provided by DadLink Technologies Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), including
DadLink and all other apps and platforms we build and operate.
By using any of our apps, websites, or services (including paid services), you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use our services.

1. Using our services
You agree to:
- Use our apps and services in a lawful, fair, and respectful way.
- Respect the rights and safety of children and other users.
- Provide accurate information where required (for example, when creating an account).
- Keep your login details (such as PINs and passwords) safe and not share them in an unsafe way.
You must not use our services to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Break any local, national, or international laws.
- Interfere with or damage our systems or security.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our apps or code without written permission.
2. Accounts, security, and children
Some of our apps and platforms (including DadLink) use accounts, usernames, and PINs for access.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that happens
through your account.
DadLink, in particular, is designed to support communication between dads and their children during
difficult contact situations. We expect all users – especially adults – to act responsibly and with
the child’s wellbeing in mind. Misuse of the platform to harm, bully, or control children or other
parents is strictly prohibited.
3. Paid services, subscriptions, and billing
Some of our apps and platforms are paid services or include in‑app purchases and subscriptions.
Where you pay for access:
- Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be shown clearly in the app or on the website at the point of purchase.
- Payments are usually handled by trusted payment processors or app stores (such as Apple’s App Store).
- Any refunds will be handled in line with the policy of the store or payment provider you used, and applicable law.
We may change prices or introduce new paid features from time to time. Where a change affects an
ongoing subscription, we will try to give you reasonable notice so you can decide whether to continue.
4. Intellectual property
All apps, code, designs, logos, text, and other content we create are protected by intellectual
property rights and remain the property of DadLink Technologies Limited or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use our apps and
services for your own lawful purposes, as long as you follow these Terms.
5. Privacy and data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you agree to us handling your data as described there.
In short, we aim to comply with UK data protection law, the UK GDPR, and other applicable privacy
rules, and we do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Fair use and acceptable behaviour
We want our apps and platforms, especially DadLink, to be positive and safe. You agree not to:
- Use our services to stalk, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Upload or share illegal, abusive, or hateful content.
- Use automated tools to attack or overload our systems.
- Impersonate someone else or falsely claim to represent us.
If we reasonably believe a user is misusing our services or putting others at risk, we may suspend
or close their access, and where appropriate, we may cooperate with law enforcement.
7. Service availability and changes
We work hard to keep our apps and platforms available and running smoothly, but:
- We may update, improve, or change features from time to time.
- We may occasionally need to pause services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
- We do not guarantee that our services will always be error‑free or available 24/7.
Where we make significant changes to a service, we will aim to give reasonable notice, especially
if it affects paid users.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide our apps and services “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
This means we do not promise that:
- The services will always be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
- The services will meet every specific requirement you may have.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
losses arising from your use of our services. We do not exclude liability for fraud, or for death
or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. If you wish to close an account or request deletion of

We may suspend or end your access to our services if:
- You seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
- We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
- We decide to discontinue a particular service (we will aim to give fair notice where possible).

app, on the website, or by email.
